Corporate Experiences

Team building worth talking about.

Two people are sharing a Margherita pizza topped with mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, and fresh basil leaves. There are two lime margarita cocktails on a white marble table.

Ditch the trust falls. Chef Degen's corporate pizza-making experiences give your team something real to do together — stretch dough, build pies, fire them in a wood-burning oven, and eat what they made. Add the signature cocktail session with mixologist Scott Beattie for a complete evening of hands-on craft.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Chef Degen guides the group through every step — from hand-stretching dough to building the pie and sliding it into the wood-fired oven. It's participatory, not a demonstration. Everyone makes their own pizza. Groups then eat together, creating a genuine shared experience rather than a passive one.

  • That's exactly what Margherita + Margaritas™ is designed for. While the oven heats up, Scott Beattie leads a cocktail-making session — usually a seasonal margarita — so teams arrive at the pizza station already loosened up and engaged. The combination works exceptionally well.

  • We comfortably serve 25 to 200+ guests. For larger events we may bring additional equipment. The sweet spot for the most intimate, interactive experience is 50–150 guests, where we can maintain quality and pace while guests watch pizzas being made live.

  • Absolutely. We accommodate gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian guests — let us know your needs when you inquire and we'll build a menu that works for everyone without compromising on quality or flavor.

  • Wine country wedding season (May–October) fills quickly — we recommend booking 4–6 months in advance. Off-season availability is often 6–8 weeks out. Reach out early and we'll let you know our calendar.
