  • We handle everything: the wood-fired oven arrives a few hours before your event for setup and heat-up, Chef Degen and service staff are on-site throughout, and we handle full teardown after. You simply enjoy the event — we manage all the logistics.

  • Usually we bring our own — it's built for the way we cook and it photographs well. But if your venue has an existing oven, reach out and we can talk through whether it's a good fit. We do not cook on Ooni ovens.

  • We comfortably serve 25 to 200+ guests. For larger events we may bring additional equipment. The sweet spot for the most intimate, interactive experience is 50–150 guests, where we can maintain quality and pace while guests watch pizzas being made live.

  • Absolutely. We accommodate gluten-free, kosher, vegan, and vegetarian guests — let us know your needs when you inquire and we'll build a menu that works for everyone without compromising on quality or flavor.

  • Wine country wedding season (May–October) fills quickly — we recommend booking 4–6 months in advance. Off-season availability is often 6–8 weeks out. Reach out early and we'll let you know our calendar.

  • Yes — we offer five different pizza ovens to choose from, so you can find the perfect fit for your event, space, and cooking style.
